Join Charlie (AIDA Level 4 Master Freediver) and her partner Alexis (AIDA Master Insturctor) for a 1-day introductory course to freediving. Suitable for complete learners and those wishing to dip their toes into this sport. Up to four divers per group.

Details:

Location: Blue Lagoon, Abereiddy Beach, *Haverfordwest, SA62 6DT (free parking)

Duration: 9:00am - 4:30pm

Cost: £110 per person*

* includes cost of certification registration: AIDA Level 1

Breakdown of the day:

• 09:00 am - Meet and greet at the carpark

• 09:15 am - Theory, breath-hold session and stretching on the beach 

• 11:30 am - Grab a snack, have a drink and get suited up

• 12:00 pm - Let's go freediving...

• 15:00 pm - Hot tea and coffee, snacks and video debriefing 

• 16:30 pm - Hometime!

What you need to bring:

• Wetsuit (recommended 7mm)

• Weight belt and weights 

• Mask, snorkel, fins - can be for diving. Come with what you have!

• Water, snacks and any food for after diving

• Warm clothes, towel and dry robe for afterwards

If you need to rent any kit, Charlie can help put you in touch with a local provider and I will arrange to pick it up for you ahead of the day.

Join Charlie and her partner Alexis (AIDA Master Instructor) onboard their boat Feral for a bespoke freediving and sailing experience where you will become a certified freediver (AIDA) and get a taste of living on a sailboat. Perfect for single divers or groups of up to four people. All freediving levels welcome.
